You probably don’t need us to tell you that Levittown has changed quite a bit in recent years. What used to be a quiet suburb full of classic American diners has slowly turned into a destination for those seeking the perfect patty melt or a flawless chocolate milkshake.

Tucked along a classic stretch of road in Levittown, this diner has been serving up generous plates and friendly service for over three decades. We love some of the classic dishes here, like the best Eggs Benedict in Lower Bucks, or the hearty breakfast platters that come with perfectly crispy hash browns. Or, you could just grab a $15 kids’ meal for a family dinner that won’t break the bank while enjoying the clean, nicely appointed dining room.

In addition to the breakfast classics, there’s a solid menu of soups, sandwiches, and comfort food, and you should go for the ‘Hungry Man’ breakfast when you want something hearty.
Also, if you ever find yourself craving stuffed cabbage, it’s an excellent destination to stop by for dinner—the Polish Special is truly the best around.
Maryanne’s Homestyle Cooking
$ | (267) 589-6196 | WEBSITE
Maryanne’s Homestyle Cooking, nestled in the heart of Levittown, is so classic that you just might feel like you’ve stepped back into a simpler time. With its inviting old school Coca-Cola decor, family-friendly atmosphere, and surprisingly good scrapple, this is one of our go-to’s for a casual breakfast of generous portions, fast friendly service, and great pricing on early bird specials.
Wisdom Diner
$ | (609) 298-3205 | WEBSITE
Formerly just another turnpike stop, Wisdom Diner is a bright, lively spot seemingly made for folks who miss the classic all-day diner experience. At the counter or in the booths, people spend the morning chatting over coffee while digging into a healthy and tasty Ham and Cheese Omelette, or fueling up for the day with fluffy buttermilk pancakes. The Chicken Cordon Bleu starts just after dawn.
But the diner, which has been recently renovated with a modern HGTV Barn chic vibe, offers more than just breakfast. An extensive menu melds Levittown favorites with some unique spins. Their fresh, flavorful Gyros served with attention to detail are a treat, and the $18 Chicken Cordon Bleu with generous portions is worth the stop, especially if you’re planning on traveling down the turnpike.
Broad Street Diner
$ | (609) 888-0208 | WEBSITE
Nestled conveniently near the highway, Broad Street Diner feels more accessible than many spots in Levittown. The food at this cozy restaurant is consistently good too, with careful preparation going into classic diner dishes like the Reuben, or cheese steak with home-fries. Picture this as your very own neighborhood retreat, complete with friendly and attentive staff.
Town & Country Diner
$ | (609) 298-1685 | WEBSITE
Desserts are an essential part of the Levittown dining scene. If you’re not indulging in something sweet around here, you’re missing out completely. And Town & Country Diner is our go-to spot. They serve up all the classics, from the comforting pies to the rich cakes. We can’t get enough of their chocolate cream pie, as well as the apple crisp. They also have excellent Reuben sandwiches for Sunday brunch and affordable, straightforward, diner-style breakfast plates and burgers.
The New Ewing Diner & Restaurant
$ | (609) 882-5519 | WEBSITE
If you want to eat at The New Ewing Diner & Restaurant, come anytime. Like, 3am or 3pm anytime. This diner, located right in Levittown, is open 24 hours and is one of the most reliable dining experiences in the area. While the menu is full of classic diner staples (chicken pasting soup, turkey dinner), they’re all a little more generous and delicious than most of what you’ll find nearby. The vegetarian options, for example, meld comfort with thoughtful preparation.
If you can’t get a table right away, or just want to linger, the seating is uncrowded, and the coffee service is an excellent low-key, yet still kind of old-fashioned hang.
Route 1 Diner Restaurant
$ | (609) 392-3500 | WEBSITE

This year-round diner is a go-to for all your breakfast needs. This cozy corner spot is an ideal stop to grab a pumpkin coffee and/or a Southwest Scramble Bowl to start your day. You can also book a table to dig into their perfect fried chicken and waffles, generous kids’ meals, and extensive breakfast options. There’s great coffee service, and those chicken and waffles are the best meal for multiple cups of that real pumpkin coffee.
The New Madison Restaurant
$ | (215) 943-7960 | WEBSITE
Tucked away in Levittown, The New Madison Restaurant is a cozy local spot that’s home to some of the area’s best diner food. With hearty and very filling omelettes, delicious meals, and friendly service that’s a breath of fresh air, this is one of our favorite places to grab a casual lunch or any meal away from the bustle. The welcoming atmosphere, as seen when a birthday cake was shared with everyone, makes it a great place to return to.
The prices are very responsible, making it a deal compared to other places.
Club House Diner
$ | (215) 639-4287 | WEBSITE
Notorious for its unchanged atmosphere—and $12 hearty breakfast platters—the always-open Club House Diner is a classic roadside spot, nostalgic eatery, and all-day restaurant on a busy thoroughfare with reliably solid food. When you’re looking to fuel up after a late shift, or just eat simple-but-good, diner classics adjacent to the regulars at the counter, Club House Diner is your spot.
Go for breakfast favorites, like their excellent omelets and hash browns, and satisfying comfort food with tasty pasta, fresh spinach and shrimp, and—again—those standout french fries.
Liberty II Diner Aksaray LLC
$ | (609) 298-8933 | WEBSITE
A local favorite since it opened, Liberty II Diner is one of those spots where you can dig into hearty comfort food, soak up the warm hometown atmosphere, and enjoy some friendly service, all while settling into a classic diner booth. The menu is nicely varied with chicken cordon bleu, beef barley soup, and omelets, but that’s exactly why you come to a place like this— reliable classics served in decent portions, fair prices, and plenty of coffee.
The unassuming space has that older-style diner feel, with pleasant lighting and comfortable seating that makes parking right on Rt 130 worth the easy drive.
The Borscht Belt
$ | (267) 297-2600 | WEBSITE
A fantastic addition to Levittown in 2025, The Borscht Belt is the perfect combo of old-school diner charm and good food. From the team behind classic delis, the indoor spot is a post-work destination for comforting dishes and sweet treats. Why yes, that’s hand-carved pastrami on that rye bread, just as good as Katz’s Deli. Tap into your inner child with chocolate babka that remains a sweet treat loved by many and fresh baked Ess-abagel that makes mornings special.
There’s no pretense at all, and casual attire is totally fine to settle into a booth while you dig into a pile of loaded latke Tots under the glow of string lights and neon signs.
Pandora Diner
$ | (609) 267-6544 | WEBSITE
Pandora Diner has one of the best setups of any restaurant in all of Levittown, let alone Columbus. It’s situated in a classic roadside spot that feels like it’s been there forever. In other words, you have to know where you’re going to find it. They have booths with vinyl seats, excellent breakfast all day, and the kind of food (think burgers, sandwiches, and generous portions) you want to eat while you’re enjoying that quick and attentive service with your leftovers packed up.
Crystal Diner
$ | (609) 871-5228 | WEBSITE
A quiet and clean roadside spot for more than a decade, Crystal Diner is one of the best diners in Levittown. They serve everything from eggs and bacon to oatmeal, paninis, and Caesar salads, and can be found on the left side of the road with parking mainly along that flank. Make sure to come hungry, as they’re known for their large portion sizes.
Golden Dawn Diner
$ | (609) 890-2606 | WEBSITE
Always popular with the Sunday morning crowd, this classic diner has remained a Levittown staple, thanks to its consistent quality over 25 years. The fact that it stays welcoming even close to closing time makes it even more appealing for a neighborhood that values reliable comfort food.
The breakfast menu, however, is still the place to load up on hearty classics, whether egg-centric like the western omelette or sandwich-focused like the BLT, plus pancakes, hash browns, and made-to-order cheddar cheese omelettes. Those portions are also famously generous if you’re sharing with family or friends.
Denny’s
$ | (609) 298-4711 | WEBSITE
At this classic diner chain, breakfast is served in a very straightforward version of a family restaurant, and the clean interior lets you settle into comfortable booths and hear the familiar clatter of plates as you sip your bottomless coffee. In other words, it’s perfect for people who are nostalgic for all-day breakfast, but also need their reliable, no-fuss service.
You’ll find both the French toast ‘slam’ with scrambled eggs and bacon and the Philly cheese steak omelette, and I’d recommend either for a solid meal. Both come with that dependable diner vibe: generally efficient and friendly, with just a welcoming little touch from the staff like the elderly lady.
Rt. 130 Diner
$ | (856) 764-6161 | WEBSITE
There’s no better spot in Levittown for a classic diner breakfast than Rt. 130 Diner. The waffles, the French toast, the eggs benedict—it’s a morning person’s paradise. But lunch crowds can appreciate it, too. A bowl of their homemade soup with one of those massive omelettes is certainly never a bad idea either. However, you don’t want to skip the breakfast menu.
Head in for the early shift where you can dig into that caramel banana French toast, that perfectly sauced benedict, and other good stuff.
