There’s a good chance your life used to involve dining out in Corsicana. Maybe one with smoky barbecue, or fried pies that could have been perfected by a grandmother with generations of secrets. But just because we’re in 2025 doesn’t mean you can’t find authentic Texan comfort, innovative plates, or a steak to remind you why this town’s culinary scene deserves your attention. Plenty of restaurants here offer more than just a meal—they serve history, heart, and a taste of home.

Chili’s Grill & Bar
$ | (903) 641-0552 | WEBSITE
The standout at Chili’s Grill & Bar in Corsicana is the fajitas – specifically the shrimp and chili version, which come sizzling hot with all the classic fixings. They also have the 3 for me deal, which offers a satisfying combination of appetizer, entree, and dessert. The service is consistently attentive, with professional waitstaff and a friendly manager who checks on tables. While the space can get busy, the atmosphere remains welcoming and accessible.
Some dishes, like the burger or the chicken in the ultimate pasta, can occasionally be dry, and the chicken crispers sometimes lack that perfect crunch. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a hearty, home-cooked style meal.
Albert’s Bbq
If driving for hours to find decent Texas BBQ doesn’t align with your weekend plans, consider heading to Albert’s instead. This spot has all sorts of incredible options available for dine-in and takeout – like rib sandwiches and wings, beans and banana pudding, and tender, juicy meat that doesn’t even need sauce.
