Once you’ve settled in, start with the generous ginger chicken and beef & broccoli, followed by the heartiest portions you’ll ever enjoy. This cozy, old-school diner keeps their menu consistent, but you’ll definitely find classic staples like lasagna, a hearty and comforting pasta bake, pizza, or burgers. Take a bite, and savor the juicy chicken and fresh toppings before absolutely devouring it. They do other things besides burgers, too.
The most worthy being a slice of pizza, which is topped with a simple, tomatoey sauce so satisfying you’ll want to ask for the recipe.

The menu leans more classic than inventive, featuring items like the unique 6 patty smash burger that was absolutely amazing according to one reviewer. That’s exactly what you’ll find at Jino Asian Delight, a restaurant that’s a self-proclaimed “Best in Estevan” (and we wholeheartedly agree). Come by for dinner so you can taste the sashimi chilled and pristine right from the kitchen. While you’re there, try the Crazy Girl roll, especially that signature combination that’s like the best sushi experience ever.

You may finish your meal at Jenny K and walk out wondering “Where has this been all my life?” Or more importantly, “When can I come back?” You’ll be here for a while, not only because their generous portions are famously large, but because they serve Chinese food so satisfying, you simply won’t want to stop.
It’s one of the best places to try some of Estevan’s greatest hits, like the excellent ginger beef with medium heat, hot and crunchy mixed vegetables, and the wide variety of lunch combinations. On any visit, though, their ginger beef with its perfect crunch is a must-try. And save room for whatever Chef Jenny K recommends, especially if she’s accommodating your dietary restrictions with her excellent service.

Especially when you’re sitting inside, beneath bright fluorescent lights in a compact, tidy dining area, munching on shawarma wraps and donair plates, both prepared with care.
Everyone around you will likely order the classic shawarma with fresh vegetables and garlic sauce, but the star of the show is their poutine, featuring crispy fries that soak up all the best bits of the gravy and cheese curds. Don’t leave without trying their friendly service, demonstrated by staff who go above and beyond, as seen when they delivered a free poutine to a customer with a broken leg.
The Black Grasshopper Pub & Eatery

There are plenty of pubs around Estevan, but when nothing but hearty comfort food will do, The Black Grasshopper is your best bet. It’s one of the rare casual spots where you’ll want to go for a full meal since the portions are so generous and satisfying. One standout is the cheesy and crispy pizza, topped with creative options like mashed potatoes in a spring roll with sour cream, bacon bits, and shredded cheese, alongside the Clubhouse sandwich served warm on a focaccia bun.
Like other Serious Pub & Eateries, the atmosphere is exceptionally lively, and the staff has a knack for making you feel right at home. Their drinks menu has an impressive selection of beers and cocktails—the last time we were there, we tried a local craft brew that shockingly paired perfectly with every dish (yes, even that peppery brisket soup).
Eddie Websters Kitchen & Bar

Eddie Websters Kitchen & Bar sets the standard for comfort dining in Estevan. It strikes that perfect balance of hearty, satisfying dishes with creative, adventurous touches. Our go-to is the Butter Chicken, loaded with aromatic spices, tender chicken pieces, perfectly cooked rice, and soft, charred naan. Their Miso Mustard Walleye, with its flaky texture and beautifully balanced miso mustard sauce, also hits the spot.
Eddie Websters also happens to serve some of the best (and most interesting) cocktails of any restaurant in town, including the refreshing Cran Pear Sangria and the adventurous Rainbow Shot.

Whether it’s lunch or dinner, you’ll find people ranging from longtime locals to travelers passing through, sharing a massive pizza or digging into heaping plates of Chinese food.
It’s the perfect spot for a family meal at one of the simple, well-used tables inside, and with every visit, there’s even the feeling of genuine community.
