Jade Garden serves huge portions, is known for its friendly staff, and has great Chinese food. So basically, it’s designed for a satisfying meal. And while you (probably) can’t get their generous servings (or the long history of excellent service) sent to your house, you can get their fantastic food delivered. Everything is carefully packaged, and the food available on the delivery menu somehow travels really well.
Get dishes like the fried dumplings, Sweet and Sour chicken with pork fried rice, or Hunan Shrimp.
Firehouse Subs Leland Town Center

Firehouse Subs is our favorite option for a satisfying sub experience. That’s because we like the sandwiches here just as much as the sides (including the soup it’s known for). And we especially appreciate its impressive brownies – particularly the chocolate ones, which are one of our favorite desserts, ever.

This definitely falls under the ‘oh wow, they’re doing Chinese express?’ category. Wok and Roll is Leland’s most popular (and most affordable) Chinese spot. And the idea of enjoying its consistently good food in our homes sounds pretty convenient. The dishes they’re offering are still reasonable – $12-$15 per entree, and definitely feel family dinner worthy.
Chicken Salad Chick

Honestly, not having to worry about a complicated menu qualifies as a special treat by itself. That’s one of the (many) benefits of this straightforward spot. Chicken Salad Chick has the best chicken salad in town, and now you can get it for a quick lunch or takeout. Choose between favorites like Dixie Chick, Barbie Q, or Jalapeño Holly and for heaven’s sake, try the grape salad with nuts and brown sugar and get a cookie.

Blossoms Restaurant is our favorite casual spot in Leland, primarily because of the consistently good food (their ribs are one of our all-time favorite plates of food), and their varied menu allows you to pick a meal for any time of day. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and everything comes with that pleasant atmosphere, especially when sitting by the window with a view of the driving range and putting green. Which, honestly, is just great.
The Fuzzy Peach Frozen Yogurt Bar

Imagine a frozen yogurt shop, but instead of one that’s just a basic counter with limited options, it’s a vibrant bar bursting with all sorts of flavors and toppings and is actually delightful. That’s the correct way to approach visiting The Fuzzy Peach. All the yogurt is delicious (with varieties like classic tart, chocolate, and no-sugar-added to name a few) and it’s impossible to choose just one.

And the takeout-friendly nature of this bakery basically keeps the same appeal, meaning a tempting array of treats that changes seasonally instead of daily. They have amazing Frappuccinos, friendly service, and holiday cheer available. So locate a cozy corner (you’re pretty sure you saw one near the window, right?), break that travel mug out of the car, and start sipping.
Leland Brewing Company
Leland Brewing Company is a popular brewery with a great selection of beers and seltzers, and they’re open for visitors and families. You’ll find fun activities like corn hole and arcade games, along with very good outdoor spaces like the dog-friendly area and the fire pits. And even though it all comes with food trucks or your own snacks, we swear some experiences (like the fire pits) feel almost as cozy as they do in the best breweries.
Christopher’s Steakhouse and Seafood

Before the holidays, Christopher’s was a solid pick for all sorts of gatherings – from date nights to family dinners to celebrating finally finishing that home renovation. And this holds true for any reason you might venture out into Leland. The menu isn’t massive, but it hits the essentials: perfectly cooked steaks, shrimp Alfredo, crispy cheese fries, and fresh salads. Also, they have shrimp and grits which is remarkably similar to the version you’d find at a classic Southern spot.
