This is the only spot in town that specializes in BBQ – tender meats and classic sides like massive baked potatoes and mac and cheese with smoked ham or chopped brisket. They have a welcoming atmosphere and a clean dining room where you can enjoy the friendly staff. The brisket is SOOO TENDER!! The fish melted in my mouth…it was thick and moist, the breading was light and not greasy at all! French fries were perfect too.
The sausage, pulled pork, sliced brisket, okra, green beans, and mac and cheese are outstanding. Prices are typical for BBQ joints. The booths could be a little bigger.
