Garland’s game-day scene is heating up! Our neighbor just nailed his fantasy football draft, the Cowboys are looking surprisingly decent, and for no reason at all, our buddy texted us the other day saying we’re the ultimate wing connoisseurs. Felt great. Oh, but you’re not here for that, are you? You want Garland sports bar intel. Good thing there’s no shortage of that, either.
Parks Place
$ | (214) 227-5552 | WEBSITE
One of our new favorite spots in Garland, Parks Place, is back with a brand-new patio setup. This time, they’ve collaborated with bartender Shelly and owner Sam to put their spin on the classic sports bar experience, a welcoming gathering place that includes dartboards, pool tables, and karaoke nights, and dates back to the local scene for years.
Offerings will include char grilled burgers, a variety of bar snacks, and spring evenings on the covered patio – a spacious area with low-lit ambiance perfect for relaxing. Each burger costs around $14 and serves one person. Visits are best on weekends and karaoke nights, and reservations can be placed through their website.
DaBoyz

DaBoyz has just rolled out a new weekly special called “Game Day Grub,” a recurring promotion where a portion of the sales will go towards local youth sports leagues. Every Friday from 4pm-10pm, they’ll be featuring a different fan-favorite dish made by their in-house kitchen team, paired with a rotating selection of draft beers curated for the night. Next up on the lineup is their signature buffalo wings, made by the kitchen staff led by Ms.
Crystal, which will be available for dine-in and takeout in DaBoyz’s lively main bar area.

The Garland sports bar is now offering 20% off all honey chipotle menu items every Thursday night. In a recent promotion, the management explained how this is a way for them to ‘give a little boost to highlight these fantastic flavors so that their deliciousness can stand out.’
Ebeneezer’s
$ | (972) 278-8888 | WEBSITE
OK, maybe this one was a little misleading – because here, we’re talking about the literal Ebeneezer’s, not some generic chain sports bar. As reported by regulars who’ve been coming for decades, owner Terry has been running the show for over 30 years and truly cares about the customers, where he will act as the heart of the place (who knew that was still possible?) to help with the drink specials and good times for the classic pub atmosphere.
With pool tables to shuffleboard, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at this perfect spot to make memories, and with $1.99 burgers on the way, it’s bound to become your new favorite place to join the party with friendly staff and great music.
Sofrano’s Greek Restaurant and Sports Bar
$$ | (972) 773-9759 | WEBSITE
As you probably know by now, the Dallas Cowboys are playing this Sunday – and while we’ve offered plenty of individual game day spots, Sofrano’s has taken things one step further, and has created a special Game Day Weekend atmosphere.
They’re mixing drinks like the signature Greek martini, made with ouzo, lemon, and premium vodka, and will be offering a full menu of appetizers, shareable plates, hearty meals, and desserts, perfect for sitting at the bar and cheering to a higher power that the Cowboys actually win something this season. The fun kicks off Saturday and Sunday at their Garland location, and tables can be reserved through their website.
Del Rancho Mexican Grill
$ | (972) 271-3192 | WEBSITE
This Saturday (December 27th) from 5pm-9pm, Del Rancho Mexican Grill will be featuring live music and specials on their comfort classics. Expect chicharron con verde, pozole, and whole fried fish with freshly made tortillas. The bar will be pouring mango margaritas and micheladas that pair perfectly with the generous chips and salsa. Pre-orders for family-style meals can be arranged by calling ahead.
Bleachers

It’s that time again – some of your favorite Garland sports bars are hosting weekly events, including: Monday free pool and burgers, Wednesday Karaoke nights, live music weekends, and regular sports viewing. The friendly bartenders, including the owner, keep the clean, well-kept space feeling like a neighborhood club where regulars gather. While the front door’s a bit heavy, the second entry’s easier, and though parking near the building can be tight, the shopping center lot has plenty of space.
On busy nights, it gets crowded, making wheelchair access trickier, but the laid-back, Cheers-like vibe keeps folks coming back. It’s one of the few smoking bars around, offering tasty food, good drinks, and a lively atmosphere that makes it feel like home – a true suburban staple.
