The rib eye at Orilla Bar & Grill in Hialeah has a perfect temperature and texture that frankly keeps us coming back for more. But unlike the many other steakhouses that leave us underwhelmed, this is one we highly recommend making a reservation for. You’re definitely going to want to try the porchetta, which is easily spectacular enough to be the star of the meal. Be sure to pair it with a glass of their excellent Argentinian wine as well.
Outback Steakhouse

Outback Steakhouse is a Hialeah staple and a reliable choice if you’re in the area, short on time, and craving some very solid steakhouse fare. The standout element of their menu is the well-cooked meat that comes exactly as requested with every order. Honestly, if they sold it by the pound, we’d buy it in bulk. And yes, we’ve asked. They also give you the option of ordering their very tasty salad with excellent presentation.
Whatever route you end up going, make sure you enjoy the magnificent service, too.
Dirty French Steakhouse Miami

Dirty French Steakhouse Miami has quickly become a standout in the city’s dining scene and is a top-tier steakhouse in Hialeah. We love the expertly prepared Australian Wagyu Tomahawk here, but frankly, it’s the lobster Mac and cheese that takes Dirty French’s version to a completely new level. With a rich, creamy profile and a generous amount of lobster, it complements the intensity of the steak without taking away any of the flavors.
Viva Brazil Restaurant

Viva Brazil Restaurant is probably best known for its all-you-can-eat buffet and having some of the best Picanha in all of Hialeah, but the fact is, the atmosphere at this Brazilian steakhouse is good, too. We love their cheese croquettes, which come freshly made and served with that amazing cheese bread at the salad bar, but if you’re hungry (or looking for a truly memorable dining experience), just let Jefferson and Luis keep bringing those freshly cut meats to your table instead.
Medley’s Grill and More

Tucked away in Hialeah, Medley’s Grill and More is a family-run Cuban spot that serves steak worth planning your evening around. The buffet is generous, prices are accessible (especially their daily specials: Friday is prime rib night), and the mojitos themselves have that perfect balance between sweet and tart.

If you’re like us and prefer your steak cooked just right, then Texas Roadhouse is the place for you. Located in Hialeah, Texas Roadhouse offers a lively, casual atmosphere where you can enjoy a satisfying meal without any fuss. The steaks are good cuts, not too fatty, and they’re cooked properly every time—whether you go for the New York strip, sirloin, or filet mignon.
If you aren’t feeling a full steak dinner though, you can also just get a bowl of their very yummy chili for around $6, which by the way, is perfect for a rainy day. The bread is fresh, fluffy, and sweetened with cinnamon butter, and the sweet potato is cooked perfectly with brown sugar sprinkled on top. Service is great, and you’re seated quickly, making it an easy stop for a tasty meal.
Gauchos Argentinian Steak House

Gauchos Argentinian Steak House doesn’t just serve traditional cuts of beef for an Asado. They’ve also got an excellent selection of South American wines, including some notably robust Malbecs. Each perfectly cooked entraña has tender, juicy meat with flavorful chimichurri sauce. If you’re looking for an appetizer with a little more comfort, you’ll love that the empanadas here are filled with a rich, cheese-forward filling that’ll make you smile.
Ask for extra chimichurri on the side to pour over your steak, chorizo, and fries.
Manny’s Wood Grill

Serving the Doral area for years, Manny’s Wood Grill is one of the most reliable steakhouses in Hialeah – and also one of the very best. The menu is stacked with tremendous dishes like Chilean sea bass, grilled octopus, and filet mignon, but for us, the lobster cargot will always be the star of the show. Unlike many spots on this list, Manny’s doesn’t lean on heavy sauces or complicated preparations to carry the dish—it’s the seafood itself that does the talking here.
Tender, perfectly cooked lobster with a smoky-wood flavor that’ll stay on your lips for hours, the lobster cargot at Manny’s should be on everyone’s priority list.
Edge Brasserie and Cocktail Bar

Edge Brasserie and Cocktail Bar is one of the newer steakhouses in Hialeah, and is already a local favorite. The tomahawk steak itself is a perfect blend of tender and juicy, but it’s the balance of the whole meal together that sticks out most. The richness of the mushroom risotto cuts through the savory steak, while the seafood raw bar and small chefs specials brought round to the table are among the best you’ll find in the neighborhood.
If you’re looking to truly feast, the Sunday Brunch is also excellent.
STK Aventura

Located in the vibrant Aventura area, we recommend getting both their signature steak and happy hour specials to-go (trust us, you need both in your life), enjoying them at one of the nearby waterfront spots, and then spending the rest of the evening soaking in the lively atmosphere and exploring the pleasant neighborhood that surrounds it.
