Phở 62 makes for a great group hang, particularly with the opportunity to customize your pho experience that rivals some of the city’s fanciest dining options.

This place is perfect for a low-key lunch break with consistent Christmas decorations, fresh baguettes, flavorful veggie sandwiches, and cups of coffee that are worth all the praise. They even have customizable additions like avocado if you want to upgrade your sandwich game.
Pho Long

Phở Hà is the Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory of Vietnamese cuisine. Plus, everything is served in generous portions with sleek noodles, flavorful broth, and Vietnamese coffee that’s strong enough to wake the dead.
The space is also impressive, with a peaceful atmosphere so serene that you can slowly work through the menu without any rush. All these details are what make Phở Hà an incredible restaurant. Just prepare to spend a reasonable amount of money.

If most Vietnamese spots are your reliable neighborhood takeout, Phở Vinam is your favorite aunt’s generous kitchen table. It’s a no-frills restaurant in a strip mall near campus, complete with simple booths and a counter where you’ll find regulars permanently stationed at lunch. Everyone should be able to find something to eat here—from the massive #1 pho bowl to the satisfying #54 with pork chop and egg. The smoothies are also terrific, especially as a sweet counterpoint to the savory broth.

This Moreno Valley Vietnamese spot is family-owned, and while it seems logical to grab a quick takeout meal here on a busy weekday, we encourage you to stick around. Pho Shack’s space is effortlessly comfortable, decorated with clean lines, a lot of warm lighting, and friendly staff who make you feel at home. Grab a seat and get acquainted with the vegan pho from the menu board selection of noodles and broths.
Or if you’re not into the plant-based stuff, go with the combo #3 with mild Cajun seasoning. The food is delicious, with large portions and fresh ingredients that make it a fantastic dining experience worth checking out.
Pho Ha #7 Canyon Springs

Generous portions that leave you feeling full, delicious broth that’s packed with flavor, and service that’s fast and friendly—what more could this Moreno Valley spot have to make it even better? Oh wait, they also serve some of the best Vietnamese food in Riverside. Despite all the appeal, it’s never so busy in here that the staff can’t keep up with orders. And if you’re dining with vegetarians, note that the Veggie Pho and Veggie Egg Rolls are amazing options.

Pho is the perfect thing to eat while celebrating. So it makes sense that you can get the best pho in town at one of the most welcoming spots in town, too. Phở 77 feels a little bit like a peaceful retreat and a little bit like a neighborhood gem—they have tofu banh mi, special pho that kids love, and dry bbq beef with egg rolls featuring tender beef and generous noodles, and they play good music in the background. What more could you want?
Á Đông Restaurant

This cozy Vietnamese spot in Moreno Valley serves excellent vegan beef—we wouldn’t expect less from a place known for its artisanally made gourmet options. There’s a wonderful lineup of lemongrass beef dishes, as well as extremely attentive servers who can help you navigate the vegetarian clay pot and other specialties. Stop in for a leisurely meal, but don’t be surprised if you fill up on things like the roasted pork bánh mì with fish oil and spicy pickles or the crispy spring rolls.
And if they have it available, do not pass up (we repeat, do not pass up) a bowl of their flavorful beef broth pho.
Pho Anh Hot Pot and Crawfish

While everyone at Pho Anh Hot Pot and Crawfish is slurping phở to calm piano music in their clean, up-to-date space, there’s a whole menu beyond the soup that deserves your attention. We love every last one of their dishes, from the shrimp pho with its ridiculously flavorful broth to our current favorite lunch in Moreno Valley: the fried egg Banh mi, a generously portioned sandwich bursting with fresh toppings.
Though the pho is great, it would be a shame to come here and not also try their other hits like stir-fried beef and rice, vermicelli noodles, or spring rolls complete with fresh sauces for dipping.
Saigon Delights Food To Go

Between the legendary beef stew, friendly staff, and palpable take-out energy, we’ve never met a Vietnamese spot that we wanted to make “our spot” more than Saigon Delights in Moreno Valley. On a Friday lunch rush, the small dining area is a cramped but charming quick-bite party. On an otherwise-snoozy Tuesday, their few tables get full fast.
Come for textbook versions of banh mis like the roasted pork with crunchy bread and tender pork, a frothy Vietnamese coffee, or just a bowl of combination beef pho with lots of beef and meatballs. That’s their signature dish—but it’s what you wanted with that fried fish banh mi anyway.
Pho Le

To get in here, you just walk right in, find a spot at one of the simple wooden tables, and pick up a laminated menu from the counter. After you do that, someone will bring you water and take your order, and finally, deliver steaming bowls of pho to your table. There’s no need for reservations, but trust the friendly staff to guide you through their terrific Vietnamese classics. A bonus is that it’s also easy to bring the whole family on a weekend.

Between the owner’s new sweet-and-salty coffee creation, servers who greet you with genuine warmth, and dishes with generous portions like the No.75 barbecue plate, feeling completely satisfied is inevitable here. You’ll step into a bright, modern space that opens up onto a clean and comfortable dining area. Staff members move efficiently between tables, while customers enjoy hot Vietnamese coffee with extra condensed milk and snack on fresh egg rolls alongside flavorful pho.
Come here for those family dinners or first-time Vietnamese food experiences when you can put that appetite to good use.

For authentic Vietnamese flavors and efficient service, there’s always this mom-and-pop-style spot, where a steady stream of regulars keeps things lively. You might catch a taste of their signature #1 Pho, while the next visit could highlight the unique Taiwanese twist of the Beef Stew Soup with Egg Noodles. Or, you can just savor the pleasant surprise of MI Xao Bo Stir-Fried Beef with Spaghetti Noodles.
There’s no one way to enjoy Pho Ha #7, but when you’re in a hurry, be sure to take advantage of the large parking lot behind the store where you can grab takeout or DoorDash orders.
Ocean Pho

While they always have a solid lineup of pho options available (don’t worry, they serve the special pho), Ocean Pho also makes an excellent filet-mignon pho. If you’re hungry after all of that broth, you’re in luck—the egg rolls and spring rolls here are the best in town.
